If you want to maximize your Salesforce investment, there’s no better way than giving your people the skills to use Salesforce to its fullest extent. That’s why we offer a wide range of training options, from in-person classes featuring hands-on instruction, to virtual training, self-led courses, private workshops, and more.
As part of the Salesforce Partner Program, consulting partners can sign up to resell the Trailhead training portfolio. Selling training to your customers will ensure their Salesforce success and decrease customer attrition.

Q: What products can I resell?
A: You can resell any current Trailhead training offerings on the public training schedule as a single seat or as a private workshop.
Q: How does billing work?
A: You will sell the class to the customer at full price. You send the registration form to the Trailhead team with all the registration information and a PO for the full price minus the partner 20% discount. Trailhead bills you for that discounted rate and you (the partner) bill the customer.
Q: Will the Trailhead team contact my customer?
A: No, the Trailhead team will register the student into class on your behalf, and send the confirmation to the partner. The partner will send a confirmation to the student. The team only sends login details and eKit information directly the week before the class begins.
Q: Can I sell certification vouchers as well?
A: No, vouchers are only available directly from the Trailhead team.
Q: Can we resell Trailhead training to Foundation customers?
A: Salesforce provides Foundation clients with discounts that are only available if they book directly.
Q: Is there any limit to how much revenue a partner can make reselling training?
A: No, any partner can accelerate their revenue with high volume sales, regardless of their partner tier.
Q: Does a partner need a training team to become a reseller?
A: No, working with the partner, Trailhead instructors can handle the setup and delivery of the training.
Q: Where will the training take place?
A: Training can occur at the customer’s location, at a local training center, or at the partner's location.
Q: For the Salesforce Partner Program for Consulting Partners, does the Consulting Partner Trailblazer Score take into consideration training a partner resells?
A: Yes, Consulting partners who resell the Trailhead training portfolio will see the value of the training added to their Consulting Partner Trailblazer Score.
