Operations Review
Operations Review helps you understand how you will be billed, invoiced and how to set up your payment method with Salesforce. This will also inform you of what we require when contracting with your customer and how to submit your Tax Exemption Certificate.
Completing this comprehensive Operations Review will set you up for success as a Salesforce partner.

- - All partner contracts state that any public mention of salesforce.com or any of its brands MUST be approved by Salesforce

- - Approval of partner press releases can take up to 14 days for Platinum/Summit/Crest level partners, and up to 30 days for all other partners.
1. Review the Operational Overview (see Media) to understand billing, invoicing, payment methods, contracting with your customers and Tax Exemption information.
2. If applicable, submit a case to provide your Tax Exemption information.
3. If applicable, submit a case to provide Salesforce with your Direct Debit information (this information is handled through a phone call).
Q: Do Add-On orders have their own renewal dates?
A: No, all add-on orders are co-terminus with the date of the original order.
Q: Why did I receive an invoice for a fraction of my fees?
A: Remember that Add-On orders to existing contracts will co-term with the original billing cycle. This means that the first invoice for an add-on order may have been pro-rated for the remainder of the period.
Q: Can I receive a consolidated invoice?
A: We cannot consolidate the invoices, but for ISVForce partners this can be requested through your Partner Account Manager once you've reached at least 10 total customers. For OEM Partners, this can be requested once you are over $5,000 in monthly billing.
Q: What are the subscription terms for ISVForce partners?
A: ISVForce partners are on Month to Month subscription terms.
Q: What are the subscription terms for OEM partners?
A: OEM partners are on Annual subscription terms.
Q: Do my contracts with Salesforce auto-renew?
A: Yes, as an ISVForce and OEM partner your orders auto-renew unless a cancellation or reduction order has been submitted following the Salesforce cancellation policy.
Q: What is the cancellation policy for my contracts with Salesforce?
A: You must submit a reduction or cancellation request through the COA (Channel Order Application) at least 30 days prior to the next billing date for each customer.
Q: What is my payment method for ISVForce?
A: ISVForce partners are on Wire Transfer with Net-30 Terms.
Q: What is my payment method for OEM?
A: US-based OEM partners are on Direct Debit with an automatic payment from your bank account upon order activation. Non-US partners will be on Wire Transfer with Net-30 Terms.
