- - All partner contracts state that any public mention of salesforce.com or any of its brands MUST be approved by Salesforce

Q: Where can I get Salesforce Maps technical support?
A: Salesforce Maps provides basic support in English to partners at no additional charge during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST) online.
Partners should utilize Salesforce Partner Community credentials to log a case on our support site. Case reports can be viewed once logged into the support portal.

Q: How can I download the Salesforce Maps managed package for demo or testing?
A: To access the package, open an Incognito browser window and go to https://sfdc.co/SFMapsInstall. When prompted, log into the org where you want the package installed.
Q: I am a Salesforce Maps partner. What steps should I take to log a case for my customer?
A: Partners shall provide reasonable support and assistance to Salesforce Maps to assist in diagnosing reported issue. Response/resolution time calculations do not include time in which a case is assigned back to a Partner for further information or access. Salesforce Maps recommends submitting the following information with any case request in order to expedite troubleshooting:
- Provide login access to Salesforce Maps support.
- Add any relevant screenshots or videos depicting the issue.
- Include steps to reproduce the issue and include examples.
- Include Org ID
Q: I am a Salesforce Maps partner. What is considered out-of-scope for Salesforce maps support?
A: - Training (if instruction on use of Salesforce Maps is likely to exceed 30 minutes, Partner will be referred to Salesforce Maps Services team as appropriate);
- Implementation or guidance of implementation of Salesforce Maps
- Review, creation, or testing of custom code, including SOQL queries, custom buttons, process builders, workflow and/or validation rules
- Assistance with non-SFDC products, services or technologies, including implementation, administration or use of third-party enabling technologies such as databases, computer networks or communications systems
