Congratulations! You've successfully launched your application, are receiving active leads through Trialforce (and other lead generation activities), and are signing up new customers (paid subscribers). Now you must ensure your customers are successful and receiving the support they need. Ultimately, you're responsible for supporting your customer, but we're here to help. 

The Support phase involves customer success planning, customer support (including training your support agents), troubleshooting with the subscribe console, and release management. Once you've completed the full lifecycle, the process repeats as you plan for new functionality, build new features, distribute updates, sell and market new capabilities, and train your support team.
