Consulting Partners

For our consulting partners, customer stories are no longer a requirement for our Partner Program as of June 1, 2020. We made this change based on your feedback as part of our effort to simplify and standardize the requirements of the Navigator program. You may, however, continue to create and promote stories in the following ways if you like:
  • - Showcase customer success on your AppExchange listing. Promote your expertise by highlighting success stories as ‘Featured Resources’ on the ‘Overview’ tab of your listing. This is a valuable way to showcase your experience to customers and Salesforce account execs.

  • - Submit exceptional stories for a Salesforce Partner Innovation Award. This annual recognition highlights outstanding contributions made by our partners delivering customer success. Applications are usually accepted in the summer to early fall — join the Partner Innovation Awards Chatter group to stay up to date on the process and call for submissions.

  • - Provide customer project information for Navigator specialization credit. Taking this action will help customers and Salesforce AEs identify you for help with their business challenges.
  • -Consider sharing your specific learning journey and progress with us. We'd like to know how you are learning and earning badges, certifications, and more. Submit a 60-seconds or less video and your story may be featured on the Trailhead for Partners channels.
