Success Stories Overview
Consulting Partners
For our consulting partners, customer stories are no longer a requirement for our Partner Program as of June 1, 2020. We made this change based on your feedback as part of our effort to simplify and standardize the requirements of the Navigator program. You may, however, continue to create and promote stories in the following ways if you like:- - Showcase customer success on your AppExchange listing. Promote your expertise by highlighting success stories as ‘Featured Resources’ on the ‘Overview’ tab of your listing. This is a valuable way to showcase your experience to customers and Salesforce account execs.
- - Submit exceptional stories for a Salesforce Partner Innovation Award. This annual recognition highlights outstanding contributions made by our partners delivering customer success. Applications are usually accepted in the summer to early fall — join the Partner Innovation Awards Chatter group to stay up to date on the process and call for submissions.
- - Provide customer project information for Navigator specialization credit. Taking this action will help customers and Salesforce AEs identify you for help with their business challenges.
- -Consider sharing your specific learning journey and progress with us. We'd like to know how you are learning and earning badges, certifications, and more. Submit a 60-seconds or less video and your story may be featured on the Trailhead for Partners channels.

Tips on Socializing Your Success Stories
- Share your completed slides with your PAM (if applicable) for final approval on content and design.
- If you don't want them shared with customers, write INTERNAL ONLY in red at the bottom of each slide.
- Announce each story slide in Chatter, and don't forget to include #keywords to make the post more searchable.
- Add three stories to your Salesforce-facing presentations.
- Develop stores on different industries, market segments and use cases.

Q: As a partner, how do Customer Success Stories impact me and my business?
A: Your success stories help us to build a database of high quality stories & references that promote your work to Salesforce account executives, our marketing team, and customer prospects. This program is designed for you to maximize your visibility in the marketplace by aligning with our internal Salesforce teams.

Q: How do I know my story has been received?
A: After you submit your story via the story submission form or via email, you will receive a confirmation email. Keep in mind that the team will automatically receive your story and will notify you if anything is missing.

A: We encourage you to manage your own stories with solutions from AppExchange. You can view a variety of customer stories apps here, including a free Force.com Labs app. We strongly recommend installing the app to your Partner Business Org to give your team full visibility. This is a best practice used by many of our most successful partners.
