Nonprofit organizations and education institutions are harnessing the power of technology to build a better future.  The popularity of mobile devices and social networks has changed the way we communicate with constituents (donors, students, clients, faculty, volunteers, and more). Organizations can dramatically amplify their impact with the right technology and a solid social and email marketing strategy.

Learn the basics of implementing Salesforce Marketing & Engagement solutions for nonprofit and education customers.  For optimal training success, explore and complete the vast self-study resources available to consultants through the Salesforce.org Marketing and Engagement Trailmix, and prepare for consultant certification exams like Marketing Cloud Consultant and Pardot Consultant.  Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification is recommended for this course but not required.  This virtual series will meet for 2-hours each day (8am - 10am Pacific Time) over 4 days (for a total of 8 hours).

:: Salesforce.org Network Partners who are implementing products and services to our Salesforce.org customers
:: Salesforce.com Program Partners (not currently a Salesforce.org Network Partner) who are working to become a Salesforce.org Network Partner
:: Salesforce.org ISV Partners who are involved in customer implementations and working towards becoming a Salesforce.org Network Partner
:: Pro Bono Volunteers who are working with our Salesforce.org customers on implementations
:: Vetforce Members (Certified Admins) seeking to earn their Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification or Pardot Consultant Certification
:: Salesforce.org customers (Experienced Admins only - must have a Salesforce org) who are involved in a Salesforce marketing and engagement implementation

Virtual Programs are generally available to the public at no cost.  Recordings (below) are also available at no cost, but registration is required. Instructor-led onsite courses may be restricted to Salesforce.org Network Partners and may involve a nominal course fee.

If a live session is not currently available, you may access a recorded version of the program (below).  Registration is required for each part of the program.  Please use your work email address (not Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) when completing the registration form.  

IMPORTANT: In addition to the recorded training (listed below), in order to fully complete the course you must also work through the Salesforce.org Marketing & Engagement Trailmix. This includes 40+ hours of Trailhead online learning.  The recordings, Trailhead modules, and resource links enable candidates to study for certification exams (like Marketing Cloud Consultant and Pardot Consultant) at their own pace.  The slide decks below contain active links to Trailhead and other resources (slides are routinely updated so always check the links for the latest version.
