Salesforce Partner Public Relations Guidelines
As a Salesforce partner, there may be opportunities to leverage the Salesforce brand in your communications and collateral. In order to properly use the Salesforce brand in PR materials, we have created the partner public relations guidelines, in addition to a submission form to help kick off the review process. These guidelines were developed to help your organization successfully amplify your message and accelerate customer success. Please make sure to review the PR guidelines below before submitting any content for approval.
Please note: All materials must be submitted to our PR agency via the Google form linked below to obtain approval for any public mention of Salesforce. Please reach out to SFPartners@fhvox.com with any questions.

- - All partner contracts state that any public mention of salesforce.com or any of its brands MUST be approved by Salesforce
- - All materials must be submitted via our Google form to obtain approval for any public mention of Salesforce.

- - Approval of partner press releases can take up to 14 days for Summit and Crest level partners, and up to 30 days for all other partners.

Q: How can I obtain approval for PR branded materials, including press releases?
A: To obtain approval for any public mention of Salesforce, all materials must be submitted through this Google form.
Q: How long does it take until content is approved?
A: It takes between two to four weeks for content to be approved.
Q: What if I have questions about the PR submission form or guidelines?A: Please reach out to SFPartners@fhvox.com.
Q: What are your social media and blogging policies?A: Social Media:
- - Be honest and apparent. You are representing yourself and your actions can reflect upon Salesforce. Be open about your affiliations with Salesforce whenever possible
- - Respect your audience. Refrain from personal insults, slurs or obscenity. Do not disparage Salesforce, other partners, companies, or customers
- - Do not share confidential information or engage in rumors of speculation. As a member of the partner ecosystem, you may be privy to certain information before it is communicated to the public
- - All blogs must be factually accurate
- - All blogs must comply with the communications guidelines for using Salesforce branding
A: Yes, collateral will not be approved if it contains any of the following:
- - Best-of-breed claims for a product, offering, solution, or service
- - Mention of Salesforce, or its brands, when it is unrelated to partner news or offering
- - Branding references that don't comply with the Salesforce style guide
- - Statistics and numbers that are not supported by an authoritative third-party source
- - Announcements that are solely focused on Salesforce partnership
- - Announcements that are focused on products that are not yet live
