Learn the basics of implementing Nonprofit Cloud, explore the vast self-study resources available to consultants, and prepare for the Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Certification Exam.  In order to sit for the consultant exam, Certified Salesforce Administrator is a prerequisite, and is highly recommended for this course.  Registrants are strongly encouraged to work through the Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Study Guide available on Trailhead prior to beginning the course.

:: Salesforce.org Network Partners who are implementing Salesforce.org products and services to our nonprofit customers
:: Salesforce.com Program Partners (not currently SFDO Channel Partner members) who are working to become a Salesforce.org Consulting Partner
:: SFDO ISV Partners who are involved in nonprofit customer implementations and working towards becoming a Salesforce.org. Consultant Partner
:: Pro Bono Volunteers who are working with our nonprofit customers on implementations
:: Vetforce Members (Certified Admins) seeking to earn their Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Certification
:: Salesforce nonprofit customers (Experienced Admins only - must have a Salesforce org) who are involved in a Salesforce nonprofit implementation

Virtual Programs are generally available to the public at no cost.  Recordings (below) are also available at no cost, but registration is required. Instructor-led onsite courses may be restricted to SFDO Network Consulting Partners and may involve a course fee.

If a live session is not currently available, you may access a recorded version of the program.  Registration is required for each part of the program.  Please use your work email address (not Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) when completing the registration form.  

IMPORTANT: In addition to the recorded training (below), in order to fully complete the course you must also work through the Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Study Guide.  This includes 40+ hours of Trailhead online learning.  The recordings, Trailhead modules, and resource links enable candidates to study for the Nonprofit Cloud Consultant exam at their own pace.
