Renewals for Consulting Partners

All existing Consulting partners need to renew their enrollment in the Consulting Partner Program on an annual basis. The FY19 Consulting Partner Program year starts on March 1, 2018 and runs through February 28th, 2019. If you choose to enroll in in the program, you are required to pay an annual fee. The fee is associated with your final tier evaluation of the previous year. For example, if a partner achieved the Platinum tier in the U.S. and Gold in France, they will only need to pay the Platinum-level program fee. Partners can choose to participate in a lower tier even if they qualify for a higher tier.

What You Need to Know

Your FY19 Consulting Partner Program Renewal PO will be available for you via a case in the Partner Community by March 31st, 2018. Once the renewal is ready to be actioned, we will notify you via email.

If we have not received a signed copy of your FY19 Program Fee PO by April 20th, this will indicate to us that you no longer wish to be enrolled in the Consulting Partner Program, and your Partner Community access and AppExchange Listing will be deactivated.

Steps to Take

1. Verify that the attached PO has the correct billing & contact information. 
Important: Keep in mind - once your signed Purchase Order has been submitted, we are unable to update any information. This verification step is very important and directly impacts the tax applied to your program fee.

2. Sign and submit your FY19 Program Fee PO via the renewal case

3. Once reattached, please comment on the case to let us know it is ready to be processed.

Q: Where can I find my renewal case?

Q: Who will receive the renewal invoice?
A: 
Your FY19 Key Contact will receive the renewal PO & invoice. (same person that received the FY19 tier notification) 

Q: What is the key contact responsible for?
A: 
They are the individual that will receive the FY19 Renewal PO, and will be responsible for returning the signed copy of the PO. They will also receive the Program Fee Invoice (via email) and will need to forward to the correct contact to ensure payment is made within the Net30 day terms given for this fee. 

Q: I am the key contact and am unable to access the renewal case in the Support tab of the Partner Community. What should I do?

Q: What happens after I sign and return the Program Fee PO?
A:
We will process your PO and send the invoice to the key contact via email (within 5 business days). Below is a list of payment information links (by region):

Q: How do I change contact information reflected on the FY19 Program Fee PO?
A: Changes can only be made prior to you signing and submitting the PO. Simply add a comment (to the renewal case) requesting the needed changes. After processing, we will send you an updated copy of the Program Fee PO to sign and submit. Please give us 3-5 business days to process.

Q: Can I opt-in to be a lower tier?
A:
Yes, the deadline to opt-in to a lower tier is April 13th.
Note: When a partner requests to opt-in for a lower tier, they forfeit any chance of tier advancement for that program year.

Q: Why am I being charged a program fee again? I just paid the fee.
A:
If you are new to the Consulting Partner Program, you received a prorated FY18 Program Fee upon being accepted into the program. Program Fees are annual, and we send them out in March of every year. 

Q: I just received the FY19 Program Fee Invoice and the contact information is not correct, can I update this information?
A:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your request at this time. All updates to the FY19 Program Fee Renewal needed to be made before the PO was signed and returned.

Q: My firm has other payment options, do I have to pay within the Net30 day terms?
A:
Yes, this program fee is to be paid in full and the terms given to this fee are Net30.

Q: I paid the fee and have received an overdue notice, why?
A:
The Program Fee PO needs to be signed, returned, and processed in order for your payment to be posted to your partner account. Please ensure that you submit a signed PO before sending payment.

Q: I am a provisional partner, do I need to complete the FY19 Program Fee Renewal?
A:
Yes, all partners are required to sign and return the FY19 Program Fee PO by April 20th, 2018. Keep in mind - provisional partners will not be eligible to become tiered until their FY19 Program Fee is paid.

Q: What happens if I do not return my FY19 Renewal PO by the deadline?
A: You may be deactivated from the Consulting Partner Program, your Partner Community access and AppExchange listing will be deactivated.


Note: Any deactivated partner that is reinstated into the Program will be responsible for paying the full annual program fee (fees will not be prorated based on the date they re-enroll).
