App Academy: Plan (Getting Started) 

/s/AppAcademy.jpg?v=1App Academy: Plan (Getting Started) is a highly rated program by our Partner Community, and is required for all new ISVs (across all job roles) to help you succeed at every phase. Planning involves making important decisions early: determining License Type (CRM, Platform, Communities), what Edition(s) your app will support (Group Edition, Professional Edition, Enterprise Edition, Unlimited Edition), and defining your own support model. It also involves working with your Partner Account Manager, training your staff, understanding key terms and definitions, and having access to the resources you need to be successful.
