A: The B2C Commerce partner program is restrictive and requires heavy investment in enablement, providing qualified business, and technical and support resources. This is due to the high level of governance we have over B2C Commerce partners and their implementations. We have recognized the need to allow existing Salesforce partners to expand their practices and offer B2C Commerce services. Because of this, we have created an entry into the program based on three main criteria:
- Leads - Salesforce partners who can bring solid, qualified opportunities.
- Execution - the ability to deliver and implement our platform.
- Cross Cloud Ability - Salesforce partners who have successfully implemented cross-cloud projects (i.e Marketing, Service, and B2C Commerce).

Organization Requirements
- Previous eCommerce implementation experience such as SAP Hybris, ATG, Magento, Oracle Commerce, etc with proven eCommerce implementation record with SME to large enterprise clients
- Bring one active net new B2C Commerce business opportunity
- Client base with $20M in total revenue and $5M in online revenue
- Annual Salesforce Consulting partner program fee based on tier between $1,000 and $20,000
- Initial team training investment: $30-35K
- B2C Commerce mandatory consulting expenses charged to partner for first client implementation: $80-180K
Project Delivery Requirements
- Experienced and dedicated B2C Commerce technical delivery team (not subcontractors)
- Required skill set: o 4 FTEs that have passed the Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer test.
- Strong eCommerce delivery project management. - Ability and willingness to build a B2C Commerce practice (train and ramp developers).
- Ability to provide 24/7 technical tier-1 support systems to enable tracking of customer cases. Sales & Business Development Requirements
- Dedicated sales teams to help drive net new opportunities. A minimum of 2 direct sales staff focused on eCommerce business development.
- Have strong market presence in one of the following regions: AMER, EMEA or APAC.
