Empowering Partners with New Insights: Introducing AppExchange Partner Intelligence

In the Fourth Industrial Revolution, rapidly changing customer expectations are accelerating demand for technology expertise and new innovation within Salesforce's growing ecosystem. At this year's World Tour London, Salesforce announced new features on AppExchange that deliver deep insights for both customers and partners.

As part of this announcement, we're excited to introduce AppExchange Partner Intelligence. Data and insights are critical as businesses scale and transform their organizations across departments – from product, to operations, to customer success. At AppExchange, we recognize this need and we've invested heavily in surfacing new insights for partners to enhance their AppExchange listings and apps. AppExchange Partner Intelligence consists of: 1) AppExchange Marketplace Analytics and 2) AppExchange App Analytics.

AppExchange Marketplace Analytics gives ISV and SI partners deep insights into the journey prospects take on one's AppExchange listing – from search activity, to traffic source, to listing behavior, to conversion. These insights are incredibly valuable when optimizing demand generation activities and marketing spend.

AppExchange App Analytics empowers ISV partners with insights around app user adoption. This is a huge development that will allow ISV partners to understand their app customer health and usage trends, which can influence product roadmap and strategic business decisions.

Partners can look forward to these functionalities becoming generally available in the near future. AppExchange Marketplace Analytics will be generally available in Summer 2019 and AppExchange App Analytics will be generally available in June 2019.
