Based on the feedback from partners across the globe, our new program provides a unified partner experience with a focus on simplicity, fairness, and transparency. New Partner Program Design

We’re making it easier for partners to see how they’re performing and where they need to focus to grow their business with Salesforce. We’re doing this through a fair and transparent Partner Trailblazer Score. Not only does the Partner Trailblazer Score objectively measure partners on key metrics across the areas of customer success, innovation, and engagement, but it is also aligned to a new tier-based benefit structure.

New Economic Model and Technology for ISV Partners

ISV partners now have the ability to expand their gross margins as they scale with a new Marginal Royalty Model option. This means that as a partner’s revenue increases, their marginal royalty level decreases at specific revenue thresholds. ISVs also have access to more of the Salesforce Customer 360 to distribute directly to customers or to use to help run their businesses.
