Well, that's a wrap! Another Dreamforce in the books. If you attended the conference (in-person or virtually), you might've heard some major announcements. These included:
:: Einstein Voice. “Built into the Salesforce Platform, Einstein Voice gives users the ability to talk to Salesforce on any device. With the help of Einstein Voice Assistant and Einstein Voice Bots, it will empower everyone to be more productive and work smarter—from anywhere.”
:: Salesforce Customer 360. “Salesforce Customer 360 is a new cross-cloud technology initiative that makes our B2C Marketing, Commerce, and Service products work better together. With Customer 360, administrators register their various instances of Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Service Cloud.”
:: Apple + Salesforce's Strategic Partnership. “This new strategic partnership will empower customers with rich new experiences and give everyone a chance to build native iOS apps through Trailhead, Salesforce's free, online learning platform. The combined power of Salesforce and Apple is bringing new services to customers, and a greater democratization to developing apps – and jobs of the future.”
:: Announcements for Grants Addressing Homelessness, Hunger and More. “As Dreamforce ‘18 opened in San Francisco, Salesforce.org, the philanthropic arm of Salesforce, announced $18 million in grants addressing three important issues facing the city of San Francisco: public education, homelessness, and cleanliness.”
. . .and that's just to name a few! You can find the full list of announcements here.
But what about announcements specific to Salesforce Partners? Some of those included:
