You’ve built amazing technology, and your customers are installing your AppExchange solution, or working with your consultants. But with thousands of solutions and services on AppExchange, how do you continue to stand out? How do you reach Salesforce customers who can benefit from your offerings? There are many ways to work with the AppExchange team to co-market and gain exposure. Even better, these marketing opportunities are free (yes, free!).
1. Guest Blog (And Become a Thought Leader)
AppExchange and the Salesforce Ecosystem is the AppExchange Medium blog reaching customers and all partners —potential, new, and existing —from ISV to consulting, and more. With over 400K views to date, this is an opportunity to guest blog about your experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, or your learnings in the business world, whether personal or professional. Your post will be shared on AppExchange social channels, to Salesforce employees internally, through email newsletters, paid support, and more.
2. Reach 300K Social Followers
Submit your news, information, and helpful content through this form to the AppExchange social team. We’ll take a look and work to promote it throughout channels reaching over 300K social followers.

3. Create a Customer Spotlight
Your customers are blazing trails with your technology and/or services. One great customer story can be shared and supported in so many ways, from content to social media to Dreamforce sessions. You may have these stories at the ready, or they may be new and need to be told. Either way, create a Customer Spotlight with AppExchange.
Customer Spotlights are easy-to-digest one-page slides with clear ROI numbers, facts, and a quote from your customer about their results from using your app. They’re shared on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and appexchange.com.

4. Get Customers Talking About Your App
We all know that AppExchange solutions work together to create a harmonious tech environment for any line of business. In a phrase, “Apps are better together.”Partners like you are finding ways to work with other solutions and form new partnerships.
Get your app featured in our monthly Twitter chat series happening the first Wednesday of every month from 11-11:30am PT/2pm-2:30pm ET at #Appy, and/or at AppExchange sessions at World Tours, Dreamforce, and community-led events (Dreamins), by nominating your customers to speak about the solutions they love (including yours).
Nominate them with the request to speak at events and the Twitter chat by emailing email@example.com and don't forget to join the chat.
5. Write and Distribute a Press Release

Following this information will allow you to work with Salesforce's partner PR team in the most effective way possible and help your organization successfully amplify your message while accelerating customer success. To obtain approval for any public mention of Salesforce in press releases, Platinum and Premier partners must submit final release drafts to the PR team with a 14-day lead time, while all other partners must submit 30 days in advance.
